Your Path to Residency

EB-5 Step-by-Step

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program offers a clear pathway to U.S. permanent residency for qualified investors and their immediate families.

1

Choose Your EB-5 Project

Select Cypress Townhomes as your EB-5 investment. The required investment amount is $800,000 based on current offering assumptions. Investors receive a 0.5% annual preferred return with priority distribution.

2

Submit the I-526E Petition

Execute the subscription agreement and wire your EB-5 investment capital to escrow. With assistance from your immigration attorney, file the I-526E Petition. If physically present in the U.S. and eligible, you may file for adjustment of status concurrently with the I-526E under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.

3

Obtain Conditional Permanent Residency

After I-526E approval, file I-485 (if in the U.S.) or DS-260 through consular processing (if abroad) to become a U.S. Conditional Permanent Resident. Enjoy full residency rights, including work authorization and travel freedom.

4

Two-Year Conditional Residency

Live, work, and study freely in the United States as a Conditional Permanent Resident for two years. At the end of this period, file Form I-829 to remove conditions on your permanent resident status.

5

Permanent Residency & Citizenship

Upon I-829 approval, you become a full U.S. permanent resident. You may petition for U.S. citizenship (naturalization) four years and nine months after acquiring conditional residence.

EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022

Concurrent Filing Advantage

For the first time, a qualifying individual present in the United States may simultaneously file Form I-526E and Form I-485 (application to adjust status). This means EB-5 investors present in the U.S. can remain in the country while awaiting petition adjudication.

Investors and their families admitted in valid non-immigrant visa categories such as H-1B, E-2, F-1, or L-1 can now remain in the U.S., obtain work authorization, and obtain travel permits, providing unprecedented flexibility and freedom.

F-1 Student Visa Holders

Remain in the U.S. after graduation without the obligation to find an employer sponsor, enabling entrepreneurship and career flexibility.

H-1B Work Visa Holders

No longer tied to a single employer. Maintain residency status while pursuing new career opportunities across the country.

E-2 & L-1 Visa Holders

Transition from temporary to permanent status seamlessly while continuing business operations in the United States.
