Execute the subscription agreement and wire your EB-5 investment capital to escrow. With assistance from your immigration attorney, file the I-526E Petition. After I-526E approval, file I-485 (if in the U.S.) or DS-260 through consular processing (if abroad) to become a U.S. Conditional Permanent Resident. Enjoy full residency rights, including work authorization and travel freedom.
